About the Colour Red
A little about the colour Red as a high vibrational remedy.
As the proving notes from the meditation group tell us, the keynote of this remedy is power.
This remedy is about too much or too little power, too much or not enough anger.
For those who have been deeply hurt and who manifest resentment, anger and negativity as a result.
Those needing this remedy may feel unable to speak their truth or they may only be able to express it through anger, violence or aggression. Or it comes through in dreams, or in their family situations and dynamic.
Red helps redress the balance of your power and brings you back to centre, back into your own power.
It’s a remedy that moves deep into past lives, perhaps where someone has been burned at the stake or died in a war or has been killed traumatically.
It helps us let go of deep karma that has been buried over many lifetimes, which has been difficult for the soul to choose to deal with.
There may be a level of guilt and shame, and it can be hard to bear the karmic load and they must hold back inner violence.
The sense of honour and dignity may be lost; there may be a loss of face where dishonour has caused blood to be drawn.
There may be fear of retribution especially from authority, religious organisations and structures.
Religious and institutional karma.
Women in fear of men and similar energy.
This remedy will open the Heart Centre through the Solar Plexus, helping you smile again.

About the Colour Remedies
These beautiful, vibrant and powerful remedies – part of the New Earth Remedies – were created by refracting sunlight through a prism into alcohol (a traditional way to make an essence or a homeopathic remedy).
The process isolated the entire spectrum of the colour, meaning when we use the colour remedy, we cover the whole spectrum of blue or red, for example, and all its different aspects. This is useful if you are drawn to a particular shade of a colour and are not sure what the remedy may resonate with. It resonates with all shades of the one colour.
This means your colour remedy is going to have a wide range of applications when working in the higher realms and consciousness.
Most of us would be familiar with the traditional colours assigned to the chakras. Because these New Earth Remedies have been channelled from the higher realms, the information received (nearly 30 years ago) is different to what you may expect, which may be challenging. But tune into them and you will come to understand how to use them for your highest purpose and best outcomes.
About the New Earth Remedies
At Elements of Health we have worked with high vibrational remedies, or what we’d now term New Earth Remedies, from a wide range of sources since 1993, including many remedies from the Meditative Provings range of homeopathics (The Guild UK).
These New Earth Remedies and many of our essences we have been divined, channelled and then heart-made through our work with Source over more than 30 years.
While these are technically homeopathic remedies, the process of channelling the information from Source for their highest purpose and the potency we choose to dispense in, allows them to work through the spiral of time and life to meet a wide range of needs on the spiritual path.
They are a fundamentally important part of everyday work in clinic and are often prescribed to clients to be used intuitively for particular life situations that may arise from time to time.
As more and more people experience their personal spiritual awakening and begin to realise or explore their soul purpose, these gentle but profoundly far reaching remedies have become more and more important, not just in clinic but in life, and we are choosing to make many of them available through our online store.
We are confident they are gentle enough for everyone when used intuitively, either through dowsing or tuning into the body’s energetic needs at the time.
As with all of our New Earth Remedies, the homeopathic potency or frequency has been set at 200x.
This is the selected starting point for the energy spiral innate within each of these particular high frequency remedies, allowing us to step in at 3D and find out way up to the higher dimensions we want or need to work within.
200x is an unusual and uncommon potency but over nearly 30 years of dispensing to people of varying sensitivities, we know this potency is gentle, deep, powerful and potent, and will do what is required at the time.
Like an essence such as a flower, shell, etc, the starting point for these remedies is the same. But the process which follows the making of an essence, which is homeopathic potentisation, dynamises or releases the inherent energy and frequency of these essences, allowing us to access their full potential for use on our spiritual journey.

Dosage for Remedies
These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.
Do read the individual directions on each product (both on the label and in the How to Use in the product description) to ascertain whether usage differs to the suggestions here.
Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
