Our Ascension Survival Kit (ASK) arrived as an idea from the higher realms, which then downloaded fully formed, a gift for us all in these high vibration, rapidly changing and chaotic times, where we may struggle through with energy and our daily lives!

ASK came about after a single high energy day in clinic, where we had a rush of clients presenting with symptoms and situations related to attending events such as high vibrational spiritual workshops or being involved in poorly supported initiations or attunements, or similar.

One individual identified that they had been opened up too much to these high vibrational energies without appropriate protection or guardianship, despite being a very experienced practitioner/teacher themselves, and they were suffering quite dramatic consequences.

These situations, which can happen to any of us as we move into the higher vibrations, can shock us to the core, and too much energy or the wrong kind of energy poorly managed can really knock us off balance. It can also result in states of extreme shock or fear, and energies that can be hard to ground and integrate, particularly after shamanic or ritualistic experiences.

In these times of change we are offered so many opportunities to remember what our purpose is and why we chose to come at this particular time on the planet. Now is the time we have spent many incarnations working towards. Some will remember the contracts made for these times and some won’t, but this is the time the holders of the wisdom have spoken of for millennia, and we are watching the unfolding of the new earth.

As part of this unfolding, there is the opening of multiple galactic portals, the downloading of new vibrational codes, and frequent and often dramatic upgrades to the planetary grid. We are delving into connecting with our galactic ancestors and the higher realms, exploring sound and light healing and opening to light language, as well as accessing our ancient memories.

With our desire for self-exploration increasing exponentially, driving us to delve into the mystical path of multiple existences and time- and breath-lines, we need to enter these opportunities for growth and insight with clarity and awareness, and with tools to support these journeys and awakenings. We need to be as grounded and protected as we can possibly be in order to hold the space for the others who are awakening in the middle of this shift. We want to claim the most experience and reconnection out of what is on offer without misadventure.

So what is our solution to this?

Having spent so many decades delving into the gifts of spirit and of the ancestral realms, and nearly thirty years of daily forays into the higher realms with clients, Dean and I have seen and experienced some of the downsides. The higher we go through our work, the more vulnerable we can become to negative energy and the more sensitive we can become to disturbances in the energy grid, both personal and galactic.

With an increasing number of souls awakening to the spiritual path and the excitement this can bring, often without recognition of the wobbles that may happen, it seemed like a survival kit or emergency pack for seekers was required that could cover a whole range of situations.

It needed to be a compact kit, something small enough and light enough to pop in a yoga bag, backpack or carry-on, to provide high potency essences or vibrational remedies for grounding, protection, space clearing and the like.

In addition, we felt it should include vibrational essences to support seekers in releasing from old stuck energies, plus something like Rescue Remedy but more elevated, and something for when things go really pear-shaped and shock, fear or fright are uppermost.

So, we did what we always do at these times and put out a request for input from Source, and in one sitting we pulled together a range of high vibrational remedies and essences from across our range, plus received guidance for a couple of new products that fit the bill.

What we came up with is a mini kit of items to have on hand when a spiritual meltdown or vibrational emergency hits, or even just to have on hand to set you up for an event you are looking forward to.

The products we’ve selected to form this survival kit are not remedies for coughs or colds or nuclear fallout, although you can certainly arm yourself with one of our kits for the things that 3D life throws at you.

These products are for situations where potentially our boundaries may be penetrated, our aura infiltrated, where we may feel unexpectedly wobbly and/or we may need a higher level of protection than usual.

They can also be helpful if we need to integrate particular lessons or spiritual work at a class or course, or we’re about to enter into an initiation or attunement, but don’t feel the usual practices are going to support our needs.

We’ve also created a new vibrational all-purpose rescue essence – Reboot – to grab if you’ve got no idea what you need and you need some focus right then to work that out. It works a bit like when your phone or computer gets stuck and you “turn it off and turn it on again” – a spiritual reboot!

Then we’ve included high vibe essences for grounding, protection, and to clear your space if you’re in a hotel, at a big gathering or sharing space with someone you don’t necessarily resonate with.

Finally, AAA 10M is a blend of traditional homeopathics for shock, fright, high anxiety and when things really go pear-shaped and you feel out of control and scared or highly anxious. It can ground and protect you quickly and in one go if you’ve experienced something which has pushed you out of your body.

All of these high vibrational remedies and essences will resonate well with various forms of dowsing or intuitive tools to help you work out what you need.

Why is the kit made up in pilules?

Unusually, we’ve made these products up as pilules, which is more of a homeopathic format, if you are familiar with this modality.

The reason for this is that this medium makes the kit light and easy to carry, easy to take and there’s no risk of leakage.

If you want a spray bottle, add one pilule to floral water or similar, shake vigorously and spray.

If you want to sip, add 1 pilule to a drink bottle or glass, shake or stir vigorously and you have your liquid essence.

They could even be added to a water dispenser if you want to support a whole group.

Always advise participants if you plan to use these products broadly with a group, as permission should be sought to bring these high vibrational tools into the energetic space of each individual.

What other tools do you need?

Honestly, there are so many tools available and you could have a whole suitcase full, but you don’t always have them on hand right when you are in need.

The simplest, and one of the most potent tools you have on hand at all times is the breath! Learning to work with the breath brings calm in times of strife or uncertainty, allows deep insight and understanding, brings connection with the higher self and source, and can be your saviour in times when you have nothing else on hand.

A basic yoga belly breath or a circular breath practice is a good beginning place and there is lots of information on YouTube and Spotify to explore. Create a morning ritual, take a few moments to breathe at work or as you travel, but do connect with this important tool.

In times of great stress, your higher self may remind you to take a breath – and this is our mantra to you too.

A Last Word of Guidance

Do reach out to your healthcare provider, whether mainstream or complementary/alternative, if you are working through anything you cannot manage yourself or that is causing you distress. Some of these experiences and events do bring up deeply buried remembrances and traumas which may need more individualised and specific support to move you through. This is all part of the journey and we cannot do this journey alone at this point in the timeline.
