Soul Harmonics – Your Tools for Transformation

The Soul Harmonics, our range of High Vibrational Essences, were the seed of an idea in 2001 and manifested as a full set of twelve essences over the next couple of years.

They have been in use ever since, both in the Elements of Health clinic with clients, on sale through our store and previously as part of our Inspired Life Path readings.

In 2016, with the changing energy of our world and the increasing number of seekers and light workers engaging purposefully with their life paths, the time felt right to fine tune, re-energise and rename these amazing tools for transformation.

The Soul Harmonics are created from some of the many wonderful, deep-acting and high frequency homeopathics, which resonate at the level of the Soul.

Originally named 12 Harmonics for Soul Integration, these vibrational essences became the Soul Harmonics, a name which evokes balance, resonance, joy, music and life.

Why a blog?

The vibrational make-up of the essences and their descriptions came as a flow of energy from the higher realms; my hands on the keyboard were the tool and my energy a vessel for them to incarnate through at the time!

Because some of the descriptions are quite short, I wanted to enlarge on this channeled information and talk about ways that the Soul Harmonics can help you on your journey: to support you on your way, to remind you of what you already know and to free you from the illusion of the world we live in.

Back when these essences came through to us, far less people were consciously on their spiritual path, seeking their truth and working towards their life purpose. In clinic I would wait for people to indicate that they were in the zone and then we’d talk and work out where the energy was stuck, where life was stagnant, what blocks on the path needed to be removed. Occasionally I’d ask a question and recognise that the spark had not yet ignited and we’d move on with a more traditional discussion.

These days, with The Great Awakening that has been dramatically enhanced through two years of The Plandemic, I now come out and ask the question as to where people are at in their lives and often, if we’re doing a consult, will suggest one of the Soul Harmonics as an adjunct to treatment.

We all come from a different place, we’re all unique and for example, while Dean and I have always been on the same page in terms of life and spiritual path, we have our individual interests and angles which makes for interesting but harmonious conversation. You’re likely to find Dean listening to Mooji or reading something from the Hindu tradition and I’ll just be bobbing along, writing a blog on something that takes my spiritual fancy!

We’ve all been through some really hard times I’m sure and that’s what drives us to seek a deeper understanding of ourselves and of life. Each experience will have been different and has pushed us to look at life and the spiritual path in a different way. There is always a lot of work to do – so we think in our real world way – but sometimes it can be as simple as supporting ourselves with a tool or a practice.

After teaching yoga and meditation for many years, workshops on all manner of self-development techniques and topics, and working with people individually through our Inspired Life Path Readings, Dean and I know from our personal lives that when times are tough, grounding yourself in your Mastery is what you need to do. More about that later!

Step out of the Craziness . . .

Take a breath, take stock, observe and get out of your own way is always our suggestion.

And that’s really what the Soul Harmonics are about.

They are a tangible tool – something you can use which is dynamic, potent and deep acting, which can step in and cut a tie or create a bond, clear energy, release and balance … whatever is necessary at that time.

We don’t need to overthink it, do a course, read a book, watch a YouTube. We need to come from our heart – that’s where I feel it anyway – and let Spirit guide us.

And this goes with whatever your underlying faith is too. I was raised an Anglican, went to a Roman Catholic primary school and a Uniting Church youth group, then followed Buddhism for a while. This is all spirituality, it’s all connecting with Source, with Spirit, with the God within and without – there is no difference.

We all needs tools in our toolbox of life; things we can grab from our spiritual medicine chest in times of need. Soul Harmonics, WyldChyld Essences, EnviroSprays, essential oils, smudge sticks, incense, crystals and all the other wonderful tools to support us on our way.

More on the Soul Harmonics

When the Soul Harmonics first made themselves known they came in relative to the chakras or energy centres, plus some additional support.

Originally we dispensed them in drops which could be taken orally or applied to a pulse spot or chakra. More recently we’ve added matching room sprays in our beautiful lemon myrtle floral water, which can be useful as a step-through lift of energy, great for freshening up or creating a meditative space, and broader reaching if you want to touch the dynamic of a relationship with a friend, partner or the family.

Below I’ve identified the Harmonics which relate to a particular centre just for additional insight on your part when reading and using, although it will feel clear which you need. This is not exact and they do cross over, which is why you won’t see this noted in the flyer or other information written about them.

I’ve started out with (in italics) the information that came through originally, and then Dean and I have expanded on this with some of our own thoughts.

H1 Foundation; the base centre

We need to build and maintain a strong foundation from which to work on our Soul’s journey, regardless of our level of spiritual awareness. There is always benefit in returning to the base and to nature in order to clarify direction, to establish roots deep within the grounding energy of the earth, allowing us to realise and work towards our highest aspirations. The intensely energetic world in which we live pushes us off centre, it rocks our foundation and it keeps us from seeing clearly what needs to be undertaken and what decisions need to be made for us to progress.

Grounding is what the base centre is all about and SH Foundation relates to this centre. It includes essences to bring us down, to keep us strong and steady, because without this grounding and strong base we find ourselves off centre, floating, foggy, jittery, anxious. It can be hard to stay focussed and we can become overwhelmed.

If we are working on ascension or moving into 5D or spending our lives connecting with the higher realms, we cannot forget the base. We can’t live in one centre or one dimension without the others. Everything needs to be in balance throughout our centres, as in our life and our health.

H2 Release; the sacral centre

We have already released our burdens, we just don’t recognise it! We are living in old patterns and memories, in an old illusion. We are holding on to guilt and shame and what we call our karma, our inheritance, our “stuff” from past lifetimes, because it is comfortable and familiar and easy! But surely it would be easier for us to let go of this self-imposed burden, this heavy weight; to allow ourselves to be free, to stand tall and to step out into our light. We cannot be masters until we accept we are done here! The labour is over, the birth into new life has begun.

The Sacral Centre is often where things get stuck, particularly grief around the past, and on a physical level it’s common to see people with lower back pain or reproductive issues which haven’t resolved with conventional methods.

Causation may be past relationships, past failures (as we perceive them) or as above, issues where we can’t even pin down where they come from, sometimes indicating past or parallel lives or carrying “stuff” for someone further up the ancestral line.

But generally SH Release allows us to stop obsessing about a particular issue, to stop trying to work so hard, read so many books, go to so many workshops and just actually accept that we are done and move on.

This is the big breath in and the long gentle sigh out, which allows us to let go!

H3 Empowerment; the solar plexus

Issues of power, guilt, shame or anger indicate we lack a sense of empowerment. A burden which has been acquired through inheritance or past life experiences may make for a heavy load. Where we cannot stand up for ourselves or are in a situation of being dominated or bullied, this Soul Harmonic balances positive and negative power. When we can only express ourselves through aggression, anger or violence, or we suppress these emotions until they appear only in the dream state or through the family dynamic, we need to work with empowerment. This is a powerful and pivotal energy requiring balance in the 21st century.

At a basic level, the term ’empowerment’ simply means ‘becoming powerful’. 

Eleanor Roosevelt said “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent”.

The kidney energy is held at the level of the solar plexus and Chinese medicine talks about the kidney energy as being the seat of the ancestors. So much that is stuck in the solar plexus is about what has happened at the family or ancestral level causing us to feel powerless. It can permeate our whole life and it’s the place where we are challenged to break the cycles or patterns which have come through our family line, to set ourselves free!

But SH Empowerment is about so much more than cutting free of the family ties and although this can often be what holds us back, we must look at the energy of empowerment in a bigger view.

The solar plexus is also the place where many people feel and hold fear, which again often comes back to a lack of power.

Sometimes the fear is about stepping up or stepping forwards … stepping into our power!

Whatever our underlying “lack”, SH Empowerment gives us the strength to step out and do what we need to do, are pushed to do, but feel lacking in the support to do it. It can help us with that feeling of not being good enough (which very often comes from the family energy) and helps us make the choices we need to make to manage our lives from a place of personal power.

H4 Love; the heart centre

To love purely and unconditionally and to be loved in return is a challenge for many. We are so bound up in the materialistic energies of our current situation we are often pulled off track. We may fall back into sadness, experience the illusion of a lack of love, a sense that we are lost and feel that our connection with Source is lost or broken. We fear stepping into our power and renewing the connection that will centre and balance our heart energy. For we are not lost and we are not alone; this is the illusion of ego. Before we can experience pure and unconditional love towards others, we must first forgive and love ourselves. Once the heart is balanced we can achieve anything . . . from pure and divine love.

Do I need to expand on this? I don’t think I do, but I will!

If you have trouble with self-love, with relationships or perhaps someone has broken your heart or broken your connection with what brings you joy, SH Love is going to help bring that warmth and joy back to the heart centre, to soften and expand the heart.

It helps us to cultivate our passions, to bring the energy of love to our work and the things we create. And in turn we will resonate the energy of love to those around and soften those hearts and minds which need to feel this energy at this time.

H5 Truth; the throat centre

Often the emotions and issues of the heart need to be expressed through the throat centre – voiced – to allow us to experience balance. This Soul Harmonic allows us to express what needs to be expressed, speaking the truth from the depths of our being. It allows us to connect with the creative energy of the throat, opening us up to a higher spiritual energy. It helps us develop gentleness in thought and deed, humility, diplomacy, love and truth.

The throat is the seat of our expression, our spoken or projected truth! This can often be a hard place to visit as we may have an understanding of the nature of truth but to then put that into our own words or, even harder, to speak this truth to our friends and family, can be challenging.

The throat is also where we express our integrity and this is a trait which is coming to be much valued in this time of untruth and manufactured realities. We must find what we value and stand by these values, be honest in our dealings and question the rightness of what we say and do in relation to others and of course with ourselves.

Integrity and truth are expressed through the throat centre to the world, but integrity permeates all of the centres and has strong links with authenticity!

As with everything, words are just vibrations that we can work with to focus our intentions. We are all aware of the power of angry or aggressive words, but the energy of kind and calming words well-directed is even more potent.

If you have a feeling of heaviness or “lump in the throat” then using well selected “power” words to loosen and release this constriction is an easy place to start. You might try working with mantras (words of power) such as OM, Aum or Shanti, or you could explore affirmations as a way to raise your vibration and change the energetic dynamic.

H6 Intention; the brow centre

Intention is how we work with the energy to achieve what we want to attract into our life. It’s about how we create the headspace and the positive energy to invite in what we need to work with on our healing journey. Our intention creates a space or a container into which this energy can flow. In order to manifest, our intention needs to be clear and simple. In addition and as part of the process, we need to be prepared to let go of what no longer serves us, to prepare the necessary space for the new vibrational energy we are manifesting. Letting go and being ready and willing to receive what we have created is the key to success. We are that container and by creating this space we can create the life we envisage here on earth,  to match our soul’s original intention.

This essence should technically relate to the brow centre, but I get a bit stuck here. That’s probably because I see that too many people are stuck in their heads on the physical plane or have their heads in too many books, on too many YouTubes or webinars – thinking, thinking, thinking!

Yes, the brow is where we get our view of the world, it’s the seat of our intuition, wisdom, clarity, insight and of our sixth sense! It’s also the seat of our spiritual truth but it’s hard to find that truth if we are searching endlessly, pushing the boundaries of searching to the limit!

We just need to stop and to be, to recognise that the answer is within.

So this original Harmonic H6 which relates to the brow centre, actually manifested as “Soul Harmonic Intention” because it allows us to put the intention in place to just be what we need to be, without any more effort than “put it out there and it shall be”!

It could certainly be about manifestation and there’s nothing wrong with needing certain things or people in your life, needing change or wanting to go on holiday. Never feel guilty for setting intentions for your life.

But personally I feel this Harmonic is almost like SH Foundation in that you put the intention out there, then you sit in your base, your happy place and you wait for it to manifest in your life!

H7 Balance

Through integrating the heart and the mind we have the opportunity to balance our self, our life, and our relationships. Balance enables us to face situations in our life which we know need to be resolved, whether within ourselves or with others. This Soul Harmonic brings the grounding and serenity we need to walk our path without the wobbles we can experience. By changing the inner dynamic, it helps us understand, connect and find balance with compassion and kindness to our self and to others.

Imagine the tight rope walker balancing upon the wire with his wide balancing pole.

We might feel like we are swinging from one polarity or side to another, like we are about to fall into the chasm. Or maybe we’re up and down like the trapeze artist, with that swooping feeling you get in your tummy when you go over the crest of the hill or hurtle down the ride at the fairground – an indicator of our anxiety.

SH Balance should help reduce the swings and swoops and ground us until we find our true centre. It can allow us to walk trusting and unhindered, without having to consciously focus on maintaining the balance that is necessary in all aspects of life.

H8 Surrender

We struggle and we fight, we dig our heels in or we distract ourselves with trivialities. We work hard to move forward but in the wrong direction or with the wrong intention. What we need to do is to stop running around in circles, filling our minds and hearts with these distractions and just ‘be’. Being centred and focused will release our resistance to progress. Surrender brings transformation – it releases that which stops us moving forward. In surrendering to the Universe we create power, miracles and magic in our lives.

Stop the struggle, breathe out deeply, release the breath and allow the rest to gently happen.

Imagine sitting within the eye of the storm, seeing and knowing that all around you the storm rages and there is nothing you can do to change what is happening, but to trust and allow the process to unfold for the highest good!

And again this is a similar state to SH Foundation at the base, where you sit solidly, grounded and ready (but not on high alert!) without fighting or struggling.

Surrender is not about giving up, it’s about accepting what is, what is going to be and there are things you cannot change, cannot control, don’t have a right to and don’t actually need to. It’s a state of Grace!

H9 Integration

Integration is how we fit the new energy we’ve manifested into our old life, to transform ourselves. We align ourselves and our energy in a way that allows us to hold that energy and move forwards on our path. Without being aligned nothing works or flows. We struggle with existing as spiritual beings on a physical planet and in a physical body. Integrating these two seemingly polar energies is now possible and practical, enabling us to experience balance, without feeling we are living between worlds or energies. Without integration and alignment, our intentions manifest whatever is energetically near to us in a random way, but not necessarily what we desire to attract. There is clarity and understanding as we integrate and align.

Sometimes it’s said that to change one’s life you have to walk away from the old. For some this is really the only move you can make. You can call them lessons or opportunities, either way, they present moments for us to reflect upon decisions we make and either choose to integrate them into our energy or let them go.

In order to be whole we do need to integrate the lessons we have experienced and will continue to experience on our journey.

Wholeness is what we are aiming for – what we already have within if we are prepared to accept it as our truth.

Integrating all of these thoughts, words and vibrations consciously is necessary so we gain the inherent wisdom and don’t have to do the lessons over again!

H10 Connection; the crown

To fully connect to Source, to Soul and to our physical self through the pure energy of the Crown, we need to be connected through the base. This Soul Harmonic creates a circle of pure white light; to clear, calm and quieten, and to make space for meditation and prayer. This white light expands to envelop us, to connect us and to strengthen and manifest our intention. We are supported on the Soul’s Journey to Enlightenment and energetically shielded from what is unhelpful or unnecessary for us during this process.

The crown is the jumping off point into the great unknown as we navigate from what we {think we} know into the mysteries of existence. Freedom from physicality but still connected to our purpose and memories.

At the crown we find our connection to source and to the beyond, we access the higher centres and we move beyond physicality and material existence. As always we need to balance our energy through all of the centres in order to maintain balance in life and to experience wholeness and wellness.

It’s exciting to contemplate finding bliss and our higher purpose through the energy of the crown centre. This centre is probably driven by ego even more than the brow centre but it is no more or no less important than any other centre.

We need to keep our feet firmly on the ground to find and maintain our connection.

H11 Mastery

Mastery is within us. We just need to remove the veil of illusion and reconnect with this energy, with this Soul memory. We need to open our eyes and see the light we are already bathed in, that we have created through our hard work. We have worked so intensely and persistently in this and previous lifetimes. Our light is so bright. We are beacons of light – every one of us – lighting up the world. We must open our eyes, feel the warmth, feel the connection to Source, to our fellow travellers, to ourselves.

The world needs us now – we are already Masters.

So easy to say but dificult to embrace when all of life may be falling apart around you. But these are the times when we make breakthroughs and become the spiritual warrior we came here to be.

You are here because you are already a Master.

All of you reading this post are already Masters!

You don’t have to prove this to anyone or do anything apart from awaken to this moment, remember and then say YES!

You have been here many times before and you have chosen to be right here, right now for these times. We all need to step out of fear and doubt and stand in our light. We all have a purpose for this lifetime. We made a contract to be here and to do our part. We may have chosen to be a mother or a wife, a meet-and-greet at Bunnings, a healer or a psychic. All of these positions allow us to hold the light and the energy through these times. Maybe we will touch one person, maybe a whole bunch of people each day. We may sow a seed which awakens one or many.

We don’t need to know our purpose or what our next step is – we just need to stand in our Mastery.

Relax, you’ve done this many times before and you can do it again now when it really matters!

H12 Authenticity

When the struggle and the dramas of our lives overwhelm us we may enter a Dark Night of the Soul, a temporary space where we face our darkest moments and our deepest illusions. It is as if there is no hope and no light, only darkness, heaviness, torment and enormous pain . . . an inability to move forward. All joy and energy has gone from our life. But most of all there is a sense of disconnection from the Source, of abandonment, and a deep sense of inadequacy. Within this darkness we seek the light and we seek our authentic self, we cast out illusion and we rise from the darkness to meet the new dawn.

Authenticity has become something of a “woke” word and in our current existence it can in practice be the opposite of what it actually means. While we think of authenticity as meaning “to be our real self, to be genuine”, another definition is “a painstaking or faithful imitation of an original”.

Being “yourself” can end up being a manufactured image jf we don’t examine what this means for us as individuals and what we want it to mean moving forward. We can use this form of authenticity to hide the darkness, sadness, trauma, etc, that we bring with us, and we are seeing the revelation of these manufactured images around us in these times.

We need to find that real and genuine “warts and all” self inside and learn to accept that we are perfect just as we are. Working on self-love is difficult for some of us, but if we work to come from the heart and learn to love ourselves first, our vibration is raised, lifting us further into the light.

We don’t need to spread our newly found authenticity across social media because by standing in the light of our magnificence, we will shine like a beacon for all to see.

Let’s aim to be authentic and we will recognise that genuine energy in those we come to call our soul family or tribe.

H13 Resilience

Crossing Over allows us to move forward with courage, love and joy, with loose ends tied up and karma recognised and released, so we can move onto a new timeline and into the light.

We did consider whether to push this product into our standard range of homeopathics, but it does feel like a remedy/essence for our times and I have no doubt there can be soul searching and a range of very deep emotions that come with the decision to go through the IVF process.

The IVF Support product combines the best of our vibrational remedies to support and enhance the process both physically and emotionally/spiritually. It provides a broad spectrum blend to provide gentle support and protection to the whole system.

IVF Support can be used alongside other prescribed or over-the-counter medications and does not interact.

There are other protocols which can be helpful if you are already consulting with a homeopath or feel this could be helpful in your quest. There are homeopaths who specialise in natural fertility.

Soul Harmonics Grounding came about over a decade ago after many requests and discussions in our clinic for something to settle down that speedy, floaty, unfocussed, out-of-your-body and out-of-your-base feeling.

The spray contains vibrational essences to keep you grounded when you need to function in the world and need to stay centred to get things done.

H18 Clear Entities

• Troubled by entities or intrusive energies of questionable origin?
• Experiencing psychic attack or similar as you work to raise your vibration?
• Feel something nasty’s lurking in the corners?!

The issue of psychic attack, uninvited and intrusive energies and similar negative entities are becoming more common, not just for adults doing their spiritual work but also for people who struggle with health issues which may be partly related to what we call “kling-ons”.

H21 Peace Be Still – Relax : Meditate

When I was a child my father and step-mother used to go on spiritual retreat to a beautiful location in the Perth hills in Western Australia, named Peace Be Still. It’s a name that stuck with me my whole life and just the name still symbolizes peace, centring, meditation and wholeness. What better name for a Soul Harmonic which needs to offer so much?!

Life is busy and we all need some of “me time”, a little bit of peace and a little bit of space at some point in our day, in order to keep going at the frenetic levels that we all experience from time to time.

Sometimes it’s hard to find that space, but remember the space is within and if we can tune in we can tune out – just for a little while.

Five minutes, ten minutes – any amount of time is enough to revitalise and centre us.

So find a quiet place to sit, pray, meditate, and collect your thoughts, away from our over stimulated and busy world and come back re-energised and ready to face the rest of the day.

Use before sleep or meditation, put on some music, close your eyes, shut out the world – re-energise, revitalise and relax.

H22 Intuition

Intuition is our inner wisdom — the subtle nudges, gut feelings, and inner knowing that provide us with insights and guide us toward our truth.

We all want and need to connect with our intuition, our higher self and divine knowing, and to access guidance from the higher realms, more so at some times than others.

While some people are naturally intuitive, it’s a skill we can all improve on and build through various practices and the use of intention. With regular practice, your intuition will become louder and clearer and you’ll be more confident in what comes up.

We all know that swooping feeling in the tummy when maybe something’s not right, that ‘gut feeling’, and then that soaring sensation in the heart centre/chest when things are rightly aligned for us. Sometimes we might go to a tool such as a pendulum to confirm our intuitive feelings or we might access something like muscle testing at these times.

These tools may work well for us and we use them with confidence most of the time, however, if we’re under stress or we have a particularly big decision to make, we might need a little extra help to find our way and give us the confidence to continue on with our journey, regardless of our innate abilities.

Angel i-con, one of our unique and powerful vibrational essences, is not quite a Soul Harmonic but carries a similar higher energy.

The angelic collective is constantly with us but sometimes we are not aware of their presence or cannot maintain a strong and useful connection. The collective is here to support and embrace us on our journey.

Finally

However you use them they should bring you peace, clarity, balance, insight and help you feel supported through these times.

How to use your Soul Harmonics

For those of you who need a few suggestions for use, here are some guidelines, however, the process is simple, transformative and doesn’t require over-thinking.

We need to remember to get out of our own way.

Life is simple, it is we who complicate it!

• The Soul Harmonics can be used at any age and life stage and may be used during pregnancy if you want to work with baby as well!
• The dose for your Harmonic is generally 7 drops but it’s not set in stone. Many people intuit the dose.
• You can take the drops straight on the tongue, put into a water bottle and sip, or rub onto the crown of the head, pulse spots, soles of the feet, etc.
• The sprays can be used to create a local mist to envelop you, spray the corners of a room, for example, to create boundaries, clear energy or, again, as you intuit.
• Don’t be concerned if you find yourself working through the whole set. We all have much work to do and you will know what is appropriate and when. Embrace the process.
• Keep a diary! It can be insightful to see what happens with the Soul Harmonics.
• While you could combine Soul Harmonics, they are not designed to be used in this way as each Harmonic is complete in itself. You could use several in the course of a day, but individually will bring the best outcomes.
