While our Mother & Baby Kit has remedies which may be used from birth onwards, our Pregnancy & Birthing Pack includes homeopathic remedies and essences which are traditionally used for their affinity for birthing and the post-natal period for mum and bub.
We’ve included our Labour Drops and Lactation Support and our gorgeous Beautiful Birthing Essence for Mom. We’ve also added SOS – for Life’s Little Dramas, our 21st century version of Rescue Remedy which can be a useful addition for birthing partners, siblings, nonnas/nannas/grannies and anyone else who may be a bit anxious, worried or even over-excited.

Beautiful Birthing Essence
Every woman wants a good birth experience with the outcome of a healthy baby, delivered with a minimum of intervention.
Pregnancy can also be a time to immerse yourself in the spirituality of the life process and ensure a strong connection with your baby.
Beautiful Birthing Essence will help ground, centre, purify and energise you, preparing you for the moment of your little one’s incarnation. Labour Drops
Created well over a decade ago, our Labour Drops contain gentle homeopathics and vibrational essences to ease symptoms of pain, fatigue, the emotions associated with childbirth and to facilitate recovery. The vibrational essences will help to soothe, centre and support you through the process.
Especially useful if you don’t have a birthing partner familiar with homeopathy but you want to support your labour naturally!
Labour Drops can be used throughout the labour and will carry you through the first few days following the birth until the bleeding and after-pains subside. Would also be supportive during and after an elective caesarean.
Lactation Support
Breastfeeding can raise a number of issues for new mums not only in the early days, but sometimes later on during periods of growth (in the baby) or stress. This combination derives from those homeopathics traditionally indicated to support and enhance milk supply and quality. Because of the way homeopathics work, it can also help with oversupply and during weaning.
SOS – for Life’s Little Dramas
SOS is our own version of Rescue Remedy and has been around for over twenty years.
It was created to help manage the energy and experiences of the 21st Century; anxiety, stress, emotional ups and downs . . .
Use for any situation where emotions run high, for unsettled or overexcited children, anticipatory anxiety, shock, fright, accidents and injuries, and so on.
The essence of this remedy is derived from the energy of crystals, colours and some of the more unusual trees, all of which produce a very pure energy, potent but gentle in action.
Our kits are suitable for the management of minor ailments and illnesses and not for the home treatment of chronic, ongoing or serious conditions or diseases.
Homeopathy is deemed to be low risk by the Therapeutic Goods Administration. The remedies are effective when used in accordance with the homeopathic indications. If in doubt as to their appropriateness to a particular situation, consult your health care practitioner.

Dosage for Remedies
These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.
Homeopathy is about quality, not quantity!

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
