Kit Contents
Mother & Baby Combination Kit
- A.B.C. – Aconite, Belladonna, Chamomilla 30c – the most frequently indicated and traditional remedies for small children for beginnings of acute illness, teething, fever and similar. Always seek medical advice for fever in a child under 6 months old
- Teething – includes those homeopathics traditionally known to assist with the symptoms of teething such as irritability, sleeplessness, restlessness, pain, fever, diarrhoea or constipation and differs from the combinations of remedies found in some other products.
- TS Acutes – containing Kali Mur/Ferrum Phos/Nat Mur 6x, this combination for the start of any illness has been one of my favourite children’s remedies for years. If you’re not sure what to give then TS Acutes is a good starting point.
- Kalm Kids – for those situations where baby (or mum) is a little restless or hyped up, this remedy is soothing and settling.
- Colic & Sore Tummies – includes those remedies traditionally indicated to bring temporary relief of sore tummies and wind, mild posseting/vomiting and to assist with restless and unsettled babies, which may be the result of mild colic. We created this combination around a decade ago when mums told us some of the other over-the-counter preparations didn’t work for their babies or small children. We’re all different! So we created a remedy which includes the remedies that other combinations don’t!
- Lactation Support – Breastfeeding can raise a number of issues for new mums not only in the early days, but sometimes later on during periods of growth (in the baby) or stress. This combination derives from those homeopathics most indicated to support and enhance milk supply and quality. Because of the way homeopathics work, it can also help with oversupply and during weaning.
- Thrush – includes the remedies traditionally used for short term relief of symptoms of mild thrush, which may arise during stress, after a course of antibiotics or during pregnancy. Maybe be helpful for oral thrush. Symptoms may include mild itching, burning, odour and/or discharge and the remedy could be used alongside conventional treatments if desired.
- Probiotic Kefir 6x – Prepared as a vegan homeopathic remedy from Kefir, a well known and much used natural probiotic, this remedy promotes and stimulates balance and recolonisation with good gut flora, rather than just supplementing. If used with yogurt, kefir, other forms of over the counter probiotics and fermented foods, it may help to stimulate a more rapid response. Take during and after antibiotic use, after a traumatic birth or following vaccinations, etc.
- Get Prepped – All-year-round Support – contains remedies traditionally known to support the whole system against a variety of circulating bugs and lurgies! The combination changes year to year to match the flu, v*r*l strains and v*cc*nes and is useful at any time of the year. It’s a good support remedy for a new baby being introduced to the family and the world at large and particularly if siblings are in childcare or at school.
- Immune Boost – combining some of the best immune boosting herbs in a traditional homeopathic form, this remedy is easy to take and palatable for small children. Use alongside indicated remedies in an acute illness.

Dosage for Remedies
These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
