Our intention creates a space or a container into which this energy can flow.
In order to manifest, our intention needs to be clear and simple.
In addition and as part of the process, we need to be prepared to let go of what no longer serves us, to prepare the necessary space for the new vibrational energy we are manifesting.
Letting go and being ready and willing to receive what we have created is the key to success.
We are that container and by creating this space we can create the life we envisage here on earth, to match our soul’s original intention.

Dosage for Remedies
These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.
Homeopathy is about quality, not quantity!

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses

Care & How to Use
The Soul Harmonics can be used at any age and life stage and may be used during pregnancy if you want to work with baby as well!
The dose for your Harmonic is generally 7 drops but it’s not set in stone.
You can take the drops straight on the tongue, put into a water bottle and sip, or rub onto the crown of the head, pulse spots, soles of the feet, etc.
Don’t be concerned if you find yourself working through the whole set. We all have much work to do and you will know what is appropriate and when. Embrace the process.
Keep a diary! It can be insightful to see what happens with the Soul Harmonics.
While you could combine Soul Harmonics, they are not designed to be used in this way as they are complete in themselves.
Care of your Soul Harmonics
The Soul Harmonics are Vibrational Essences created to resonate on a Soul level. As such they don’t need too much special care and attention because they’re purposed for the job they’ve chosen. Just some basic common sense care is all that’s required:
- Store away from direct light & heat, strong smells (such as essential oils) and electrical appliances such as mobile phones and microwaves.
- If the dropper comes in contact with the mouth, rinse with boiling water to avoid cross-contamination.
- If in doubt as to the appropriateness of an essence, contact us.
