We are unable to answer questions or give suggestions about chronic, longstanding or serious conditions by email. A simple enquiry rather than a long and detailed email is preferred.
If you contact us on a weekend/holiday our response will generally be on the next working day.
Please note our online store/dispensary is open Monday to Friday.
If you are local and hoping to pick up urgent remedies on a Thursday or over the weekend, you are welcome to check if someone is available to make up your order. We cannot guarantee this service but will try to accommodate you if it’s possible.
