TS PAIN (Pain, Aches, Inflammation, Nerves) includes remedies from the full range of Schussler’s 25 tissue salts in 6x potency. All are essential components necessary for good health.
We think of the Schussler tissue salts as a set number of 12 salts, when in fact there are 25 in total.
We’ve included Zinc Mur 6x in the combination because zinc can help in times of stress and fatigue, and zinc imbalance can be critical for balance of other elements within the system. This is a tissue salt rather than a supplement, so it’s action is to enable the system to balance generally.
TS PAIN (Pain, Aches, Inflammation, Nerves) is a traditional tissue salt combination which may assist with symptoms related to the musculoskeletal system. It aims to assist with back pain, inflammation, injuries and healing, muscular problems, cramps and so on.
While we considered making individual tissue salt remedies for all of the above, because we know tissue salts work well in combination, it seemed logical to bring together the remedies that address a range of musculoskeletal problems.
Because the combination also includes the healing, rebuilding and detoxing tissue salts, TS PAIN may also be helpful following surgery or after an injury such as a disc compression, tear or strain.
You can use alongside medications and other support products for best results as homeopathics are not contraindicated.
Tissue salts support and enhance assimilation and uptake of food and nutrients, rather than supplementing diet. If your body is not able to assimilate what you intake then vitamins, minerals, etc can be wasted.
Use two or three times a day for two or three months to allow the remedies to have a reasonable period of time to work within the system.

How to Use
Schussler, who discovered the tissue salts, recommended using 3 or 4 times a day for 120 days!
We suggest 2 or 3 times a day for one month or more to support optimum health.
Calc Fluor assists with maintaining elasticity of tissues and is indicated in conditions affecting the bones, such as breaks, fractures and following surgery and other trauma. It has an affinity for the elastic fibres of the skin, muscular tissue and blood vessels so is useful for inflammation.
Calc Phos is often known as the “nutrition tonic” and promotes healthy cellular activity and restores tone to weakened organs and tissues, assisting in digestion and assimilation. It is a constituent of bone, teeth, connective tissue, blood corpuscles and digestive juices and gives solidity to bones, nails and building of teeth.
Ferrum Phos is the oxygen carrier of the system and assists with inflammation, processes vital for our system. It does not supplement iron, but helps the system use iron from the diet and balance the intake efficiently to bring strength within the system.
Kali Mur is concerned with cleansing and purifying the system and is particularly useful combined with Ferrum Phos for inflammatory processes. Along with Nat Mur it is concerned with production of hydrochloric acid and is therefore important in the digestive processes. Good gut function aids recovery and reduces inflammation.
Kali Sulph has an affinity for the cells which form the lining of the skin and the internal mucous membranes. Together with Ferrum Phos, Kali Sulph carries oxygen to the cells and tissues.
Nat Mur is the water balancing tissue salt which helps to maintain proper moisture in the system and can be useful for both dryness and water retention and for excretion of toxins and waste.
Nat Phos is known as the “acid neutraliser” and is therefore considered useful for acidic states which result in inflammatory conditions and poor assimilation. One of its functions is that of promoting the absorption of water as a result of the decomposition of lactic acid. Combined with Nat Mur and Nat Sulph, these three Natrum tissue salts control the behaviour of the bodily fluids. Nat Phos is useful for emulsifying fatty acids and a deficiency allows uric acid to form around joints and in tissues, resulting in stiffness, pain and swelling.
Nat Sulph is referred to as the “water eliminator”, helping to regulate excess water and control the healthy functioning of the liver. It help remove all forms of toxicity from the system.
Zinc Mur Zinc is present in all organs and also a component of enzymes. Zinc Mur tissue salt supports insulin production and can be helpful for nervous exhaustion, restless legs and crampy pains.

Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
