Description
TS Period Pain is a traditional tissue salt combination which may help to support symptoms of menstrual pain and discomfort.
TS Period Pain includes remedies from the full range of Schussler’s 25 tissue salts in 6x potency. All are essential components necessary for good health.
We think of the Schussler tissue salts as a set number of 12 salts, when in fact there are 25 in total.
We’ve included Zinc Mur 6x in the combination because zinc can help in times of stress and fatigue, and zinc imbalance can be critical for balance of other elements within the system. This is a tissue salt rather than a supplement, so it’s action is to enable the system to balance generally.
Tissue salts support and enhance assimilation and uptake of food and nutrients, rather than supplementing diet. If your body is not able to assimilate what you intake then vitamins, minerals, etc can be wasted.
Mag Phos, which is included, is always said to work best in hot water, so for best results add your drops or pilules to a glass of hot water and sip.
Use twice a day for a month or more to allow the remedies to have a reasonable period of time to work on the system. Take additional doses if pain is an issue when the period starts.

How to Use
- For best results add your 4 drops or 1 pilule to a 1/4 glass of hot water.
- Stir vigorously to activate the remedies – your glass of water is now your remedy.
- Sip as often as required for pain and discomfort
Calc Phos promotes healthy cellular activity and restores tone to weakened organs and tissues, assisting in assimilation.
Kali Mur is useful when the system is sluggish and like Calc Sulph it is concerned with cleansing and purifying the system, which can sometimes be the issue with painful periods.
Kali Phos is a nerve nutrient and has an affinity for the tissues and fluids of the body, in particular the brain and nerve cells. It may assist with weakness and exhaustion that sometimes accompanies painful periods.
Mag Phos is a nerve relaxant hence it’s usefulness in the treatment of cramps and spasms.
Zinc Mur Zinc is present in all organs and also a component of enzymes. Zinc Mur tissue salts are useful for restless legs and crampy pain before the period.

Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
