This pack is a special selection of remedies relating to the post on Homeopathy for Preppers.
It has been designed as additional remedies to a standard homeopathic first aid kit such as our 46 remedy home kit, 21 remedy home kit or just to add to your own remedy box for when the unexpected may strike.
The contents were put together to cover an acute event where medical assistance is unavailable or inaccessible. In all other situations relating to the conditions mentioned below go immediately to your emergency department and seek medical care. The remedies in this pack are standard homeopathic remedies and do not replace appropriate medical care or support.
The pack contains 10 homeopathic remedies relating to many of the events discussed in the post above.

Kit Contents
Please read in the Prepping blog the information on How to make up a dosing bottle or glass at the bottom. This can be useful for extending the use of your pilules and to share doses.
Supplied in 10g sucrose, approximately 110 pilules.
- Ceanothus 30c – spleen support following radiation exposure. Use once a day.
- Crot H 30c – Putrid malignant conditions, deathly sickness, hemorrhage, blood oozing from many orifices, radiation exposure, septic states. Sweat cold or bloody. Worse lying on right side, sleep.
- Gunpowder 30c – all types of blood poisoning, septic wounds, abscesses, boils, ulcers, symptoms following a wound. Poisoning from bad food or water. Methane poisoning.
- Kali Iod 6x – a tissue salt, has traditionally been used for its affinity for the thyroid and in particular in relation to exposure to radioactive iodine. If you suspect you are being exposed to constant low-level radioactive iodine, one dose of this remedy can be taken three times per day to support issues with long-term effects of the exposure.
- Pyrogen 30c – a remedy for septic states. Foul discharges, poisoning from toxic gas, d*phther*a, typh**d, m*l*ria. Worse night, cold damp, better warmth, motion
- Sarracenia P 30c – sm*llp*x.
- Secale 30c – decomposition and hemorrhage, infected parts very painful with crawling, tingling, burning pains. Skin infections, ulcers. Main remedy for Anthr*x. Worse warmth, being covered, pregnancy. Better for cool bathing, uncovering, stretching.
- Tarent C 30c – toxaemia and sepsis. Affected parts hard with atrocious burning and stinging pains. May become bluish purple or red. Pain may cause jerking and twitching. Remedy helps to evacuate pus rapidly. Consider for malignant ulcers, boils, gangrene. Anthr*x. Patient becomes weak rapidly and sweats profusely. They may be very restless and symptoms may be violent. Worse for touch, Better sweating, rubbing, open air.
- Radiation Detox – Use twice daily after acute symptoms of radiation exposure have passed to detox the system along with other suitable detoxing modalities if available, eg epsom salts baths, bicarb baths, etc.
- Radiation Mix – for pre- and post exposure in relation to nuclear threat or radioactive event. See below.
How to use pre-exposure
The Radiation Mix can also be used pre-exposure if there is a high level threat.
Take once a week if a moderate level threat and once a day if a high risk and certain event is predicted.
How to use post-exposure
Every 15 minutes for 5 doses, then hourly or until symptoms improve.
Continue once a week after immediate danger diminishes.
Once the immediate danger is over, our Radiation Detox combination is a low potency mix designed to help the body clear toxicity.
Our kits are suitable for the management of minor ailments and self-limiting illnesses and not for the home treatment of chronic, ongoing or serious conditions or diseases. Always seek help in an emergency.

Homeopathy is deemed to be low risk by the Therapeutic Goods Administration. The remedies are effective when used in accordance with the homeopathic indications. If in doubt as to their appropriateness to a particular situation, consult your health care practitioner, GP or Emergency Department.

Dosage for Remedies
These notes are a general guide.
Homeopathy is not an exact science and while we can offer general suggestions as to how to give the remedies, each case will be a little different in terms of how often a remedy may be required to bring about improvement.
With homeopathics, because we are working with energy, not substance, we want to give just enough to stimulate the body to do the job. If your remedy works brilliantly with the first dose, you don’t need to repeat unless the symptoms appear to be coming back again.

Drops
Our products are made up according to traditional homeopathic pharmacy protocols and include a small amount of pure alcohol as a preservative. You can read the FAQ here on alcohol in remedies.
For newborns, if you do not wish to put the drops in the mouth, you may apply to the soles of the foot or the top of the head. You can also purchase drops and add a spray top to your order, so that you can spray the remedy onto the soles of the feet. The remedy will work just as well whichever way you use it.
Babies under 6 months – 1 drop or 1 spray
Babies 6-12 months – 2 drops or 1 spray
12 months and above – 4 drops
Organic German Sucrose
Give 1 or 2 pilules per dose regardless of age.
Crush between 2 clean teaspoons if you are giving to a baby and you are uncomfortable with giving whole.
Sometimes the pilules can look wet. This is due to the nature of the organic sucrose. The alcohol – which is the remedy applied to the pilules – will evaporate off as you use your remedies. They should not stick together and this does not affect the effect of the remedies.

Tissue Salts
If you have selected a single tissue salt remedy or a combination, the general suggestion is to take three times a day for up to three months (as per Dr Schuessler’s advice). However, we would expect you would see improvement much sooner than this, likely as soon as a couple of weeks. If you have taken for one month with no obvious difference, choose another tissue salt or consult your homeopath.
Bottle Sizes
10g pilules: approximately 110 pilules
30ml drops: approximately 120 doses at 4 drops per dose
50ml drops: approximately 200 doses at 4 drops per doses
